the experience started good but after the wedding happened the timelines were not hit. The wedding video that I was told would take 3 -4 months turned into 6 months. It has been 8 months after my wedding and they still have yet to provide me the wedding album. I inquire almost monthly because they are not proactive and just tell me they want it to look great…. Photos were picked for the album 5 months ago. I inquired July 5 now no response. I don’t recommend unless you are okay waiting and wondering how long it may take!
I would strongly not recommend this wedding photography and videography company. My experience with them was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. I purchased a package that included two photographers, but only one showed up on the day of the wedding—and even that person arrived late. This caused us to miss out on many important moments that were supposed to be captured. The turnaround time was also unacceptable. We've waited 6+ months for our wedding pictures and videos. Only to have a mediocre video returned to us that is missing all of our speeches and shots that were re-used over 10-15 times. Our music choice not considered. Horrible service chasing them for 6 months to give us our video and pictures. The video looks like someone spent 15 minutes editing it. Avoid these people. Our photographer was very nice and friendly, but we still have yet to receive our developed photos and we got married 5 months ago.
Wedding was June 18, 2024. Nine months later still missing photos. Their representatives, Catherine and Natalia, ignore and refuse to phone me back and will only email with the same responses over and over again. To share a few: “We are still in communication with the photographer to upload the missing files”. And “We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused and truly appreciate your patience”.
