It is absolutely unacceptable the way they do business. After over a year since my wedding, I have not received my photo album or the edited videos after sending requests for edits. They have been continuously making excuses for the delay and bad quality of the deliverables. Eventually they just stopped responding to any emails or calls and I still haven’t gotten those things that were not delivered. All the 1-2 star reviews you see are unfortunately true. Please read them. Empty promises, poor communication, unprofessional, and disorganized. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. ***They CONTRACT their photographers/videographers so you have no guarantee you even have a professional.*** Going through my footage, I heard my videographer say ON CAMERA that he's "still learning how to use this thing" - unbelievable. Update: not a scam, just not a great business. We got our photos (in a completely wrong editing style) only after I threatened requesting a refund due to the crazy amount of time it took to get back. Photographer was not very friendly and the photos under delivered. Pretty much no photos of the guests and lighting is very bad in the raw images. Horrible from start to finish. This company contracts out to their videographers and photographers. Ours were awesome so not knocking them. The entire process with this company was a drag. I got married over one year ago and have still not received my photo album I paid $200 dollars for. I have asked for a refund since they keep telling me “its in the process and will ship out in a few weeks” and that has been going on for months. There were issues with this company from the start. They did not document my wedding day schedule properly and then tried to blame me for not telling them my wedding was at sunrise (I had the email documentation this was communicated). Also, they found the actual photographer on CRAIGS LIST a week before the wedding.
