I have been a customer of Charles Penzone’s salons for decades. First at the Max the salon on Henderson. Rachel was my hair stylist then and she was wonderful. Sadly she passed away and I was also in the process of moving at the time out to London OH. Tried a couple of hair stylists out here but had no luck. So I decided to grow my hair out. I had an appointment at their salon and was not informed that that salon closed down and they moved to a new location. That made me late for my appointment and was refused to be seen.
