Zero customer service and communication. No empathy.
Horrible company. They obviously don’t care about people.
Extremely poor service, they do not communicate to clients and have poor accounting practices , there are much better property management companies in the area. Look elsewhere.
(Update 2022): My account has been moved from Penzone to JAMCO. I was experiencing deteriorating services at Penzone for some time and wondering what was going on. There was a partnership split where now the individual that had previously been servicing my account (with the glowing review below) is now running JAMCO.
