Dr. Penzi gave me an EMG in another doctor's office. Like everyone else said, at first she was nice. Towards the end, she was down right rude. So rude that I complained to the office manager and main surgeon in the office that uses her service. After an experience with Dr. Penzi, I have resigned from any more doctors. Rude is a polite way to describe her.

Dr Penzi is the most caring, helpful doctor that I have ever had. She is a great diagnostician and is up to date on the latest research and treatments. She is among few doctors today that treats the whole patient. I saw many doctors, did physical therapy, etc before I found Dr Penzi. She is the only one who successfully treated my back issues. There is usually a very long wait time but it's worth it. She spends as much time with her patients as necessary, never rushes you out.

Very knowledgeable, caring, concerned doctor. She spends a LOT of time with her patients when needed... hence, sometimes a longer wait than normal...but worth it. She is a WONDERFUL doctor!!!

Dr. Penzi did my EMG yesterday and was kind, compassionate and caring. She walked me through each step of a test I was absolutely terrified of and I'm extremely grateful.

At first I really liked Dr. Penzi. However eventually every simple thing stretched into 4 apts and weeks to accomplish. Eventually when my pain wasn't subsiding she was very abrupt with me and I felt really bad. I waited almost 2 hours and then she made up time being very short with me and I left in tears. All I really wanted at that point was a cortisone shot and she said come back again??? I went somewhere else where they said why haven't you had one and within 5 minutes my life improved.

Quality and dedicated physician who is patient, personable and professional. The wait time, without the courtesy of a call to either re-schedule or come later, was IN EXCESS of 2 and one half hours. Backups, emergencies, etc. can and do occur, but to have the staff, two people, do absolutely nothing to give older ill people the courtesy to not be dealt with like cattle is egregious. I'm in good health, many in the waiting room unfortunately were not.
