Absolutely terrible would not have him do anything for me or family or anyone do not even want to give him one star
Do not waste your time with this truly unprofessional person. He makes an appointment never shows up or calls when contacted he said, "It was raining and he didn't want to get sick". Made another appt for the next day and never showed up or call to explain. Wish I could give minus 5 stars.
Signed paperwork back in July. Said he’d start in 2 weeks. Never heard from him again
We signed paperwork of what they were going to do and I was told he would start in 3weeks. After 8wks of not hearing from Mr Penwell I texted him to ask when he was going to do my roof because further damage was being done due to leaking. . He called back and promised to put a tarp on my house and to start that following Friday when my metal would be delivered . First off I didn’t order metal so We are now at 3months out I again contacted Mr Penwell who stated he was coming Monday and my (metal) was to be delivered that day ... read more
