I believe they deserve 0 stars but you know how it works. I have to say I always paid cash for my vehicles up until about 3 years ago. I decided to go to Penway Auto. When I got there I had looked at 3 different vehicles in the lot. When I asked about all 3 I was given multiple excuses on why they think I wouldn't be able to get it but never put in any time to actually find out. Kathy showed be a gold Jeep Liberty. Super friendly and made the purchase easy enough for the long drive out and back. I loved my little 2009 Toyota Matrix until a deer totalled her. Ran perfectly good for the full year I had it. I will consider buying from these guys again once I get my reimbursement for the accident. Tis the Season! Be careful everyone!
We bought a car from here in early summer 2024. We were told the car would be Maryland inspected and of course we took the salesman word on it. After taking it to their shop for a malfunctioning AC and some grinding in the front (which they didn’t fix) we were coming up on a deadline to have the car Maryland inspected so we get tags for it. Called several times about a vehicle they we're selling left messages no response thanks. Seems like a joe Biden ran kinda business.the vehicle was wanting was a 2000 chevy blazer 2 door that had really low miles on it for $6900."thought since idiots wouldn't answer since was driving from Pittsburgh to see family I'd stop in this was all in less then a week leaving messages and driving up.worse customer service ever simply wow.
