I highly recommend Lydia Kauppi when purchasing a home! Late last night she drove to my new house to bring me an air mattress, blankets, pillows, and other goodies, as my moving truck failed to arrive. Additionally, when we were looking at homes, she pointed out things about the homes that I would have overlooked, and made sure to check the dates on water heaters, furnace's, etc. She is very professional and personable, and is amazing about communication and response times. We had an excellent experience with Lydia and Laura and the rest of the Pentz team! They helped us purchase our first home, and they made the process as easy as possible for us.
Had the lemon curd center cake. Excellent crumb, containing just enough moisture. The butter cream frosting was perfectly sweet but not too sweet. The decoration was lovely. Would purchase again
Nate was very careful to make sure he had an understanding of what we wanted. Lydia and Laura were very patient with us while we toured and crossed several homes off our list before finding the right one. Then Lydia helped us write a strong offer so our first one was accepted.
