RecommendedIn general I have been satisfied with PMA. This Express Care visit was a dreadful experience. The doctor Dr Neil Martin gave me incorrect advise and incorrect dosage on medications. My symptoms only got worse. I was able to see an ENT doctor who helped me before the infection spread more severely . No thank you Dr Martin. PMA Express did not help me this time around. I've been to this place before and got great care from Dr Rastivicus- BUT Dr Martin was a bust. If he is there I will not go to him again.
RecommendedI had an excellent experience going to Pentucket Medical Urgent Care facility in Andover Ma. The facility was clean, bright and very welcoming. I was greeted by the front office and checked in right away. The nurse and Dr Rancier were professional and very caring. I would definitely not hesitate to return to this medical facility if the need ever risers in the future
