Did not inform me that covid tests cost $700. Admitted to me on the phone that they were going to charge my insurance twice for a new patient visit.
Seen Friday, dr refuses to call in BIRTH CONTROL***** 3 DAYS LATER WITHOUT ANOTHER VISIT. Thats insurance money hungry. Highly recommend PCP in Lowell!
Went to an 11 am appointment Monday during a snow storm drove from a state away for a special appointment with someone. Get there to find out they’re closed till 11 am. I get it the storm but then me an 5 other patients waited outside to get in. 11:15 an employee rolled up to say they decided to close. No warning. No call. Nothing just risked the lives of their patients with utter disregard. Absolutely unprofessional and awful treatment of patients with appointments. With regards to Dr. Mayuri Rapolu This facility misplaced my medical records from inception or destoryed them upon reciept... They wont answer general questions and will downplay a condition originally diagnosed by several liscenced professionals. I would try to avoid Dr. Mayuri Rapolu as she will attempt add additional unwarranted requests. Possibly mishandle sensitive medical documents as well.
