Best place to live !!! I was there for 5 months summer 2025 and I would really recommend this place and whenever there used to be any issue they would solve the issue within hours . Everything about this place is amazing. I really miss this place as I had to return back to Toronto because of my study but I will definitely come back to Calgary next year and will definitely live here . I want to inquire whether the rent for this apartment increases a lot each year for existing tenants, and by how much before I consider moving here. I believe rent should go down because of the current oversupply and high vacancy rate.
