No idea the nurse name who helped me but she was British and older and made it a super crappy experience. I get it the hospital is for emergencies but all the walk in clinics are always closed when I have a day off so I had to go there to get my lip checked out because it’s been bothering me for months and it’s super dry and itchy and it’s just getting worse, I obsessively put on chapstick which helps give a second of relief. it wasn’t very busy so I got though the waiting room pretty fast , everyone who helped me in the wai... read more
My 86 year old mother was taken to the hospital by ambulance last night because of a suspected stroke. She was admitted to the hospital but there were no beds available so she stayed in Emergency. I phoned this morning to inquire about how she was doing and was very glibly told by whoever answered the phone in the ER that she had no idea how my mother was doing and I would have to speak to the nurse.
