This may be the worst hospital I’ve had to go to. Waited 6 hours, no one saw me, said anything, just sat in silence in a room the whole time. What’s the point of going with active symptoms if they ignore you the whole time till the symptoms lessen. Then there like “well you don’t seem to bad at the moment”, maybe if you saw someone within a reasonable time frame.
The staff at PRH that took care of my husband last night were amazing. All modelled impeccable bedside manner and showed empathy. Thankyou ♥️
**This rating is for my experience with emergency Dr.Stephan Samoyloff at Penticton regional hospital. I never leave ratings but I thought I should. I saw Dr. Stephan Samoyloff today. He was rude, dismissive and unhelpful. If you go into emergency in Penticton, hope that this doctor isn't assigned to you. If he is I would recommend asking for another doctor.
