I had a wonderful experience with Penticton Nissan. They had everything ready, the car warm and fuelled up for my test drive as I came from out of town. All departments were great to deal with, and were very thorough from beginning to end, even checked in a few days later to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. Gave me a great price on my trade in, and worked with me to get the numbers I wanted for financing. I highly recommend this dealership, and Ben Chartrand!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Connor Stephens in sales and Tanya Unger and her fantastic little dog Luna in finance. I needed some help last minute with a titan engine issue and Darren in service managed to squeeze me in! In the middle of tire season too! Appreciate the help!
The service here was really nice. Even the owner personally greets you your welcome to popcorn and coffee while your there. There is also a Nissan mechanical service store . Lots of nice vehicles too choose.
Went with my daughter to purchase her first new car. They were extremely helpful, explaining everything. Couldn't be happier with the service.
