Bo built a home a few years ago. I recently reached out to have an item covered by the New Home Warranty Act fixed. I made several attempts via email and the phone, but Bo/Pentek will not respond. Text messages originally delivered with the blue bubble, but the subsequent attempts are now green. The items needed to be fixed immediately, so I paid out of pocket and will seek reimbursement from Bo/Pentek. I am still waiting for a response from this company.
