Always difficult to leave someone a low review but I have no choice. I was told to open my blockade it will cost $800 + tax and I agreed. I was told the equipment they have is too notch. Lots of glorious things were said. I was told the toilet should be removed and so on and on. In the end due to some equipment malfunction blockade could not be fixed. Ok fair enough can happen. Sam saved me from coming home to a kitchen sink full of old water. The day before leaving on a trip around 4pm my kitchen sink was no longer draining. After some calls to some other 24/7 plumbers, Sam was the only one who answered the phone and came quickly that evening. I hope to never use an emergency plumber again, but if I did I would use PenTech for all my plumbing needs.

Sam came over quickly on a Saturday afternoon within a couple of hours after I called him to fix my blocked kitchen sink drain. I was charged a service fee of only $89.00 (fuel, visit, initial diagnosis time, consultation). He used an auger of almost 100 feet in length and successfully unclogged the drain (Drain Clearing -L2 - $356.00). In installed a “clean out drain” ($55.00) and tested the repairs.
