This is the most dishonest company ever. Do not rent with them. They stole my daughters bike. The region director was contacted. The maintenance people at our apartment cut our bike locks. Their excuse they put up a notice. They did not. The last notice we got was 3 months ago. It said to remove our items or write the apt number on it. We wrote the apt number on our bikes. I had water damage at Elk Run Apartments that was never tested for mold as I requested, it was so bad it destroyed my mattress from the rain storms and the leak in the roof. The maintenance would just mud it and call it good. They didnt even sand it down after. Leaked again, more mudding, NEVER a mold test which this complex is famous for having. The unit was disgusting when I moved in, I formally canceled a month in advance to my lease cancellation and was charged more than 4800.00 in fees. They are charging me rent while o... read more
Regional manager Todd W**** takes advantage of renters by using eviction as a scare tactic. This man will charge you for things that are irrelevant or has no proof of. He tried taking me to court, I hired an attorney and I provided all my proof/paperwork. Shortly after they dropped the case since I had all my proof and Todd W**** had none. This is not the only complaint people have had against Todd with Pentalon Management not being concerned with his avtions
