My sewage sump pump burnt up so I was in dire need. I do not recommend buying their sump pumps. I bought a (Myers) Pentair made pump from a dealer who said it had to be direct shipped from Pentair in Michagan. It took 7 whole days!! The box arrived from Fed Ex totally greasy. The packing foam that was used was "just a little bit" only on the bottom. At 23lbs the cast iron weight looked like it ripped thru the thin tape and must of came out of the box.. plastic broke at the top and it's oil all leaked out. They just packed it... read more
