Alyson Penstein has been treating me for over 15 years. She is the most thorough doctor, compassionate and smart. She checks my entire body for cancer and I totally trust her.
I have been treated by both doctor Pensteins, at different times. Each have been excellent at diagnosing and treating various skin issues I’ve had, from pre cancers to skin cancers. I can not imagine better care and recommend them highly!!!
I've been seeing Dr. Penstein for over 10 years. I cannot understand how anyone could give this doctor a negative review. She is simply the BEST -- smart, articulate, ALWAYS will take the time to explain pros and cons of any procedure -- both medically necessary and cosmetic. She is the real deal people.
I WAS 25 MINUTES LATE FOR APPOINTMENT DUE TO TERRIBLE TRAFFIC AND SHE REFUSED TO SEE ME DESPITE THE FACT THAT SHE IS THERE TILL LATE EVENING TODAY. VERY INCONSIDERATE AND WOUL DNEVER RECOMMEND HER OR GO TO HER

Both Drs are wonderful.
After a long wait I entered an exam room where, after undressing, I was kept waiting in a freezing cold room for 90 minutes without anyone coming in to let me know what the problem was. When I finally got up to leave the office (after not having been seen), there was no one at the front desk to speak to. I never even received a call from the office to apologize for the horrible service. On the few occasions when I did see the doctor, I was not overly impressed. The staff is very unpolished too
