Brett and his team did an amazing job on a repair at my home, so I now refer my real estate clients to them. They are responsive, well organized, and communicate well.
I have a new construction home with a tankless water heater and the water heater was showing an error message. I called the plumber that installed the appliance for the builder, and he referred me to the builder as he was only the installer. The builder sent out Penstar to investigate and resolve the problem. I am so pleased with Penstar! From the day I called and Bridget who was so pleasant and helpful, to Brett and his son Zane who came and figured out how to fix my Crane faucet when no one else would. In use since 1949- 73 years! You can't say that about new products these days. I was told by several plumbing companies to rip it out and get a new sink and faucet. These sinks and faucets are so much better. If you have a vintage sink please think of no one else! And my dad loves his new comfort height toilet! Can't wait to have... read more
