Had another plumber tell me that I needed a new cartridge for my bathtub faucet. I went to replace the cartridge myself and discovered a small leak. I called Penstar and they came right out to assess the problem and fix the leak. Lucky for me the leak was very small and hadn't done any real damage. They gave me a reasonable quote to replace the whole faucet and raise the shower head, and started the work right away. I have a new construction home with a tankless water heater and the water heater was showing an error message. I called the plumber that installed the appliance for the builder, and he referred me to the builder as he was only the installer. The builder sent out Penstar to investigate and resolve the problem. Penstar came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 15 minutes.
