This By far was my best experience at penske. I walked in and Julie helped me out .she went out to the truck and it was dead. She said hold on 1 second. Usually this would be a 2 hr ordeal. She cameright out n jumped truck off. She didn't wait on anyone to come do it for her,nore did she say it ain't my job like ive herd so many time. Penske hire more Julie's.
