Do not recommend this place. Wasted a large amount of time at their office after my company had prepaid and made a reservation and walked away with no vehicle. They use a link base system to verify your drivers license and it did not work. They offer no other option to solve this issue. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my drivers license and the front desk rep was of no help whatsoever.
Angel and his co-workers went above & beyond expectations & made sure I was taken care of. I had a really bad incident with my 16ft rental truck that enabled me to use it out of my controlled. I called them & Angel waived an extra day because of my situation. Upon checkout, Penske’s front desk staffs were friendly & made the checkout inspection a breeze! This is my first time renting a moving truck with them, & honestly after giving them a try, this now my new favorite rental company! I would definitely recommend them!!!
