This was my first time trying penneske and I wouldn’t recommend, I called over the phone with a lady that said they had my truck available and I reserved but turns out come day of the reservation they had none of the trucks I needed. My recommendation just stick with uhaul cheaper and more reliable
Good inventory of vehicles to rent for personal or business use.
Do not recommend this place. Wasted a large amount of time at their office after my company had prepaid and made a reservation and walked away with no vehicle. They use a link base system to verify your drivers license and it did not work. They offer no other option to solve this issue. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my drivers license and the front desk rep was of no help whatsoever.
