They were very friendly & helpful when i had last min move to do, i did notice the price they offer is double what u will pay. I order a $43 truck & used it for a few hours & payed $80 something so just double the price their web site gives. So love the help, but not their prices!

Rachel is a " Rockstar" along with her assistant Bethany. I encountered some issues when picking up the truck but with Rachel's assistance , knowledge and compassion the issues were addressed and resolved. Rachel and her crew are all about customer service and it was quite evident during the process. Extremely thankful for the interaction and outcome.

So I found a free loft bed in Marion Illinois. I live in Kentucky I thought well I’ll check around and see how much it is to rent a truck well at Penske. If I remember correctly, they have a daily rate that you pay like a three hour rate for a more hour rate or a whole day rate then you have a per mile charge like $.79 per mile and you have to fill up the gas tank when you bring it back, there might’ve been a $200 deposit but I’m not sure. Yikes

Chase was AMAZING 🤩. The whole staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Chase was very helpful, informative and patient with us. They really made our moving experience so much less stressful. Highly recommend!!
