Front rental off very unprofessional the rep name was Danny white guy very racist came out to pick up a unit. Start talking to him. Gave him the reservation number. Then he took a phone call for about 15 to 20 minutes instead of continue to help me. After the 15 to 20 minute wait the other rep held me out just to say that tractor has issues and they have nothing available, telling me to go to Chino ca. This is one location I will not be doing business with. Racist rental person Danny
I get to the yard for fuel, and i guess i hit right at a staff meeting. I tell a manager that the line for fuel is out of the yard and into the alley. All I got from the manager was a placating, "Okay." I guess I don't count as an important customer. I waited over an hour for fuel.
