A few minutes ago, we couldn’t ignore anymore the horn noises that lasted good 10 min, till we moved location from one of your trucks located at the time next to the District at Soco in Oltorf st, Austin, Tx. Presumably this activities been preformed by one of your workers since he/she had a high visibility vest on. This is a residential area and we, at least me and my family, don’t appreciate the behavior. Please consider this as a petition to take the corrective measures you see fit.
Rented a truck for a local move. Reserved a truck online, went to pick it up. Jordan was knowledgeable and helpful. He noticed that the truck had a partially flat tire, and got a different truck instead. The return was quick and easy, and cost was as expected. I'd definitely use them again.

Horrendous service. The idiot with the dreads actually wanted us to take the truck to another location and fill up air in the tires like it was our job. Upset my mother as well as myself. The other fool asked personal questions about my husband. These two morons need to learn some professionalism as well as since.
