I had an excellent experience buying my car at Honda of Chula Vista. The salesperson Ashley”was professional, friendly, and very patient throughout the entire process. She helped me find the perfect car for my needs and answered all of my questions honestly. I never felt pressured, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.
I truly wasn’t very excited looking for a vehicle as I love my car But unfortunately, it broke down. I needed to get a new one… They honestly made it as easy as could be stayed extremely late just to help me close a deal and worked with me in every way that they could. The team at Honda honestly made the whole process very easy Ricky especially made it extremely easy to buy my first vehicle after 10 years. Thank you all for all the help and will definitely be recommending to any friends and family looking for a car.

Bought a car brand new from them in 2023. Excellent dealership when buying, helpful, attentive, informative and very accommodating. Awful maintenance/service/support after though. Had about 7 recalls for the vehicle I bought. Tried making an appointment to get my car serviced so I can get my car registered, and wasn’t allowed to make an appointment through their site, it just said to walk in. 1/5 stars — Disappointed Returning Customer I came back to this dealership hoping for the same good experience I had before, but left completely let down. What started as an exciting car purchase turned into a frustrating waste of time. It began with a phone call assuring us the vehicle would be there within the hour — so we made the drive out based on that promise. The car was never there.
