Unfortunately, the service has gone downhill. I haven’t had any issues prior. But today I had an appointment for JUST an oil change and tire rotation at 7am with Cristian Ramos. I call to ask if my car is ready around 12pm. Only to be told they cannot provide that information. I show up around 12:10pm to pick up my car, only to find out it’s still not ready!
