Went in very kindly trying to sell my car. Had an offer from someone else. Whoever the manager was on 11/23/25 at 1:00 pm. Please note that slamming papers on the table, remarking that you're making me a favor, and not even shaking our hands as customers was unprofessional. We are happy Honda owners, please avoid this location and make the trip to Poway. Way better service and way more professional.
