Unfortunately, the service has gone downhill. I haven’t had any issues prior. But today I had an appointment for JUST an oil change and tire rotation at 7am with Cristian Ramos. I call to ask if my car is ready around 12pm. Only to be told they cannot provide that information. I show up around 12:10pm to pick up my car, only to find out it’s still not ready! 1/5 stars — Disappointed Returning Customer I came back to this dealership hoping for the same good experience I had before, but left completely let down. What started as an exciting car purchase turned into a frustrating waste of time. It began with a phone call assuring us the vehicle would be there within the hour — so we made the drive out based on that promise. The car was never there. Just wanted to say thank you to the crew at CV Honda for their patience, support, and beautiful Honda CRV. Rafael, my sales associate was so helpful and knowledgeable. The head of the finance department was very helpful and worked and offer out that fit my budget. Also Julio from the service team , another nice and helpful employee.
