If I could give ZERO stars I would have done that instead. I received a Safety Recall Notice from **** Corporate recently. I already had the repairs done 3 weeks prior through a local mechanic. I had no choice to do so because I was left stranded at a parking lot after my sons doctor *********** in which i also paid to have my vehicle towed to the mechanic AND miss a half days of work. Management in the sales department go out of their way just to be rude and insult customers. We made an appoint today to go and look at the Mustang fully electric. When we got there, we were given a sal s person who knew anything about the car features. He could answer the simplest questions like what the advanced safety pack. We were told that they had two cars to look at. This dealer used to be very good about service. Left my 2017 f 150 for service yesterday. Said it would be done today. 3 pm and waiting for call. Called them twice. No return calls. Last time, the service receptionist said they would call me back. Didn't even ask for my name vehicle info. They stuck at customer service.
bought truck in feb 2020. went in the shop in march2020. got it back mid aug. really 4 months for a bumper? i was told by the sales supervisor sorry cant help you and you can leave now. horrible company. and dealing with corp. was absolutely no help. basically said deal with the dealership. i will never purchase or recommend this company!
HORRIBLE. LIES AND BROKEN PROMISES. SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. NO RETURN CALLS JUST AVOIDING.
