we took our damaged car from an accident to 3 different collision centers. We came across Mr. Gerald Velasco from Penske. The initial interface already gave us a comfortable feeling, so we went back and left the car there, Mr. Velasco continued to provide timely response to our questions during the repair. He also gave us updates through out the course of our car there. We picked up our car today, we are very happy to make the decision to have the car fix there.
Dealt with an employee named Greta Ramirez who was incredibly mean. Not just rude, mean. Also took me 4 days and 2 extra calls to get an estimate on what she said would take an hour. Then the estimate was way too high for what I was asking and after having her edit the estimate I still never got it sent to me after multiple days. Had to get a manager involved and then things went smoothly. This place could be good but I wouldn't know thanks to that employee.
I had an outstanding experience with Art at this repair shop. He worked on my Toyota Camry after someone hit my car and did an excellent job from start to finish. Not only was the repair work flawless, but what really impressed me was how much they advocated for me as a customer. They went above and beyond to make sure only genuine Toyota parts were used in the repair. It’s rare to find a shop that truly has your back like that.
