I brought my car in on 02/23/2024 to change the tire with nail (front passenger). They replaced the tire with a defective tire with bulge on the side but I didnt notice it until 02/29/2024. I called Pesnke Cerritos Service to let them know about the situation. They told me to bring the car in. Due to safety reasons, we had it towed to the dealer only to be told that we have to bring it to tire shop where i got the tire. I purchased a new Chevrolet Trax in 2020. My car is now not running at all . I bought an extended warranty and I was told that I have no mechanical warranty on my vehicle. I paid extra for extended warranty and was told I dont have coverage on my engine or mechanical repairs. I am now with a non working vehicle . I own a 2017 Silverado, purchased brand new.My truck is now 6 years old with only ****** miles. All services have been done at Penske Chevrolet of Cerritos. I Took my truck in since the engine light was on, and it had a misfire. I was charged $205 by the dealer just to look at it. To fix a small problem Penske charged $800 for labor and $200 for parts. The labor rate is $275 per hour as per the ******* advisor.. The ******* advisor DAVID CANCHE was very rude. When asked for his supervisor, David told he went and met his supervisor who was in meeting and told that his supervisor asked David to charge $250 more than $1000 ($800 labor and $200 parts). I felt Penske Chevrolet cheated and looted me more than they deserve for the *******. I purchased my Equinox from them. Now I regret for that.
This dealership engages in false advertising to get you down to the dealership. Once you get down there everything is different. Getting in contact with upper management is a nightmare because they screen your calls and will not allow you to talk with anyone.

On February 22, 2020 I visited Penske Chevrolet of Cerritos. Upon arrival, I was approached by a sales man. I showed him the website and a screenshot of the 2015 Yukon with stock number: PXXXXX and VIN 1GKS2BKC3FRXXXXXX. If you're *****, you might want to avoid this Mexican run shop. Apparently they're still trying to win the Mexican-American War. I took my truck in for smog issues, and they wanted to charge me $1500 for a new fuel pump, although fuel pressure has nothing to do with it.
