Definitely not the way it used to be. Customer service went from 5* down to 2* and that's only because of 1 emplyee who's been there many years. I will take my Cadillac to another Cadillac place who went out of their. way to find a discontinued part for me and found it, after penske told me bad news, sorry, can't get part I needed. It's discontinued. They did nothing to find the part elsewhere. Penske body shop has 3 wk wait list, 1 body guy and 1 paint guy.
