Staff very friendly and helpful, location great but it is the worst hotel for the price we have ever stayed at. For $400 a night room is that small can hardly move, nowhere to put clothes away or bags to go, 1 power point in whole room and no chairs and have to sit on bed for 2 days. Very very disappointed as thought we would treat ourselves and it was terrible

We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay at the Pensione Hotel. The staff, especially Krisalyn were doing a fantastic job to make us feel comfortable and make our stay in Perth really enjoyable. She gave us great tips around the city, restaurants, assisted us in booking trips, etc. The rooms were super clean and modern, included a new air con and a fridge. The location of the hotel is fantastic, everything is in short distance.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Dirty shower and bathroom, garbage remaining not only in the bin, but also on the floor in the room, no proper desk even though promoted as one and to top it off, I found a needle in the bedsheet as I opened it. When I told the front desk agent and checked out two nights early, hotel administration told the booking agent that there was nothing we could do because the payment was already processed. I'm not sure how this place has stayed open for so long.

Location 10/10. Staff 10/10 and the room 9/10 Would highly recommend staying here. Lots of incredible food spots under a 5 min walk from the hotel + the train & ferry are under a 20 min walk
