worst customer service ever. never reply to email. never reply to phone messages. $10 for getting a statement fee and $75 for not meeting a minimum balance of $300. you are kidding me. encourage you to go elsewhere if at all possible. i can't submit with a no star rating. so i apologize for giving one star just to submit.

I am a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). This company is the Worst worst worst. I have a small SEP real estate investment which is a carry over from PEnsco, which I cant sell, and the admin fees are eating the ENTIRE appreciation. The Admin fees alone for just having an account are more than I pay my Merrill Lynch financial advisor who has an MBA and 25 years of experience. Please listen people. Do NOT open an account with them.

I have been with Pensco since 2010 and have found that PPT is really due their 1Star rating - to many problems to list here. changing to another company asap. Purchase PPBi so that I can go to the shareholders meeting and voice my disaffection with this company. I am soooo glad that the shareholders of El Dorado Savings voted against a buy/merger with PPBI

If zero stars were possible that would be my rating. I am a current, soon to be prior, client. The service is non existent. The fees are high and going up. There is a fee for everything yet it is impossible to get the simplest request addressed,call returned or any other basic customer need met. Avoid at all costs!
