We attended the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra performance of Mahler’s Second Symphony. It’s rare to have the chance to see this piece live and the last time my wife and I saw Mahler’s Second was back in the 1980s when Christoph von Dohnányi and the Cleveland Orchestra performed it a Severance Hall. It was spectacular back then and I have to say the Pensacola Symphony did a spectacular job on this piece. Well done!!! This orchestra is a gem and we are lucky to have it in our area. Highly recommend attending a concert or two.
It’s the same typical Pensacola musician clique who think they are high and mighty. Also little Peter the director needs to retire. Rude stuck up musicians.
We love the Pops series but all their performances are well worth the ticket
