I received a gum graft from Dr. Williams, I get dental anxiety so opted for nitrous gas and the entire experience start to finish was great, minimal pain, my hygienist was so sweet and explained everything to me the entire time and constantly checked I was okay
Edit....I stand by my original review except the part about no surprises...SUDDENLY there is a service for using a card to pay..now I understand this for credit cards...but this is tacky for the HSA/FSA cards ...therefore I'm removing 1 stars. This is the most organized and professional office I have been to in a long time. There are never any surprises and I leave there knowing exactly how much my procedure will cost. The staff is incredibly friendly and Dr. Williams work has been excellent with virtually no pain! I highly ... read more
