I am filing this review to document what I believe to be a wrongful and unethical discharge of my child from this practice. When I recently called to confirm my child’s appointment schedule, I was informed—without any prior notice—that my child had been discharged as a patient. Upon further inquiry, I was told this was due to a “missed” 2-year appointment. Absolutely love this place never had any issues they’ve always addressed my concerns and usually can get me in the same day if I call for a sick appointment I went there as a child and continue to bring my children there and I have three little ones. Dr lenga and nurse Britney are the best!
When my daughter was a baby, a Dr here never listened to me and brushed us off several times when I would bring up 2 issues, my daughter has a severe lip tie, Dr kept laughing saying it's fine it'll bust on a water bottle one day when she falls. And the other, she had constant vomiting and gray diarrhea, she kept telling me just switch her to gentle ease formula. In the long run we found out on our own that our daughter has a speech impediment and had to get false front teeth because of her severe lip tie creating these life... read more
