They can't even prepare an estimate and send it to two different e mail addresses! Act like you're the problem!
Horrible customer service. They take advantage of people. Their rates are ridiculous higher than any other company around. Would not use them again and also filing a complaint with the fhp so hopefully this tow company gets dropped off the list of companies they use.
