Went there 2 years ago when I was looking for my first bike, service was terrible, unwilling to work with you, spent 30 before anyone would talk to you, disrespectful, bought a bike elsewhere. Decided to give them another chance since I'm now looking at a new bike, found one I like so I went up there. Spent 30 minutes before I was approached, wasn't interested in what I was saying, asked to test one out before making a decision and told they do not test ride anything. Last time I will be going into that store.
Recently purchased a new Jet Ski and Kasey was the best!!!! My husband and I will definitely use them for all our future purchases and services needs!!
They are a joke. If you have a cycle over 20 years old they say they can't fix it, because they can't get the parts. Within 10 minutes of leaving there had all the parts ordered.
People there are very friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to assist you in every way possible
Just wanted to say thanks again to Kasey Crabtree and Pensacola Motorsports for taking care of me with my purchase of a new CBR. He went above and beyond with my trade in and purchase. I couldn't be happier, thank you!
