Was a patient here and had to leave. But I'm glad to be back. The only thing I have trouble with is getting in touch with my Medical team.
My doctor referred me to this place because had a mass on my right lung, so I called to see if and when I could get in and get a game plan. Short version is they have back log on referrals and going through them and seeing who they want to take and they didn't know when I could get a appointment to get the mass checked out. My deal is time isn't my friend and waiting isn't good. This place is very unprofessional.
After waiting for 8 months after sending in my husband's paperwork for someone to give him permission to see a dr, numerous phone calls to follow-up since no one called us from this medical facility then someone called January 29 2026 to schedule him but without telling him with whom he would see and then later we received information that my husband actually got scheduled after all this time waiting with an arnp..really a nurse..among other reviews we read, I feel we need to find a more competent medical facility..hmm first... read more
