We just had our home inspected by David & he was as nice and helpful as could be! Would definitely recommend!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 1. Be sure you watch the "inspector" the one I had did not take pictures of the duct system, did not check to see if the HVAC was actually in good working condition only that the AC blew cold air. He did not check the heat it does not work the owner of the company said the manufacter does not recommend to turn on the pump in summer, thus it was not checked at all but the box was checked that the HVAC was in good working order although he never looked inside (not required according to this company) to... read more

Flagged a home for having no smoke detectors, when the entire house was wired for a CO2 and smoke detection through the alarm system. Not good.
PII was very professional, fast and helpful in doing our home inspections! The inspector made sure I understood everything he listed and took the time to explain anything I had questions on! The girls in the office were also extremely friendly amd helpful!
