I purchased a used vw on 28 april. Since then I have been trying to get pensacola honda to release the EFS HOLD on the car. This has made it impossible to replace the plates them put on the car with my disabled veteran plates the I need. I have call many times and taked to sales manager, store manager. and several others. It is now June 14
