We loved our stay at Pensacola Beach Cabanas *H3*! We had our 4 grown children, plus 2 of their friends (ages 21 - 24) and we all loved it. We all immediately said how beautifully and tastefully decorated it was. I loved the large kitchen table where we could all sit together for meals and games. The deck also had enough seating for all of us. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we could ever need to preparing meals. It was great having 2 refrigerators. We greatly enjoyed our spring break at Regency Cabana H3 in Pensacola. Just a short walk to the beach and the unit was clean, spacious, and in great shape with tons of amenities. The garage game room with skeeball, shuffleboard, and connect 4 was a nice surprise. Clear communication from the owners from start to finish. Would be happy to return.

Phenomenal condo with lots of space and is in a great location! It is always super clean and the owners are always super nice, this is the only condo I stay in when vacationing in Pensacola!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The home was incredibly clean and spacious. We had 10 people staying comfortably, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The layout worked great for gathering together while still having space to spread out. We’re already counting down the days until our next trip and will absolutely be staying here again!
