I have been traveling to Pensacola Beach for 15 years and the Regency Cabanas are the best value for your dollar. They are extremely close to the beach, have two community pools and plenty of space. This summer we took 12 people and still had plenty of room for everyone! Christina, the owner, is amazing and does such a good job keeping the place clean, bright, and comfortable. This property was well maintained and had everything you could need for a great family trip. 12 person trip and never felt crowded. Five minute walk to the beach and the pool right out the back door. Beach carts, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas....you name it, this place had it. Great communication from the host makes it the perfect place for a beach trip.
We loved our stay at Pensacola Beach Cabanas *H3*! We had our 4 grown children, plus 2 of their friends (ages 21 - 24) and we all loved it. We all immediately said how beautifully and tastefully decorated it was. I loved the large kitchen table where we could all sit together for meals and games. The deck also had enough seating for all of us. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we could ever need to preparing meals. It was great having 2 refrigerators. We greatly enjoyed our spring break at Regency Cabana H3 in Pensacola. Just a short walk to the beach and the unit was clean, spacious, and in great shape with tons of amenities. The garage game room with skeeball, shuffleboard, and connect 4 was a nice surprise. Clear communication from the owners from start to finish. Would be happy to return.
Wonderful property, alot of room for people to stay with the opportunity for a little privacy at the same time. Good access to everything.
