I’ve had a couple piercings done here and was planning to have several more but I will never step foot or spend one dime in this horrible place again The staff was extremely unfriendly, rude and dismissive to the point I was fighting back tears, I’ve never had a more horrible experience anywhere!!! The owner of Pens & Needles allows her artists and piercers to discriminate and engage in highly unprofessional behavior. I heard great things about this shop, and came into the piercing location with my partner to get jewelry and a consultation. The male piercer we were sent to immediately refused to allow me to enter the room because of my trained service dog.
