Unfortunately I ordered my arrangement online. I was emailed but it went to my junk folder. I was “called” but no message was left. So my order was just cancelled, with no real communication. Then for the communication we did finally get it was I just work here, not my problem. I’m sure their arrangements are great, I am upset my mother in law couldn’t get hers for Mother’s Day all for an $8 delivery fee that I had paid when I ordered.
