I'm a patient of Sharon Ortiz. Years ago, she was very knowledgeable, caring, and concerned about her patients' well-being. I even showed Sharon my stomach on 6/8 with all the bloating, she didn't even touch me or examine me, that's a PROBLEM. Lately my opinion of Sharon and her medical assistant Matiana Moreno has changed. Matiana needs an attitude adjustment. I wish I could give this place a higher rating as I really like the provider I see there, however, calling for any reason results in incredibly long wait times (over 20 minutes on more than 1 occasion to request a prescription refill-and I had to call numerous times about the same request!). It is incredibly frustrating to have to deal with such an inefficient system. If it a were a one-off, I could completely understand that there may have been a staffing issue on that day…but nope, it’s every time I’ve called….
