Had a pleasant doctor's appointment.
I had a virtual appointment scheduled one afternoon with Amanda for a medication change. Someone canceled early; Amanda rescheduled me so I would be able to get my new medication from the pharmacy that same day. She is very compassionate and understanding. Highly recommend her!!!
NP Ortiz was excellent! She was thorough when looking at my different data as she ordered and explained next steps. I felt expertly cared for and cared about; invaluable combination. I give her the highest marks possible!
Waited a month for an appointment got the run around about location, showed up 3 minutes past the cut off because of it and the doctor thinks she’s too important to see me because I’m 3 minutes past the cut off
