Does Penrose hospital not have any doctors??? My wife has been there 3 days now, no sign of a doctor! Nurses following orders, but who are the orders coming from???? I don't want to talk to a RN, or a PA, or a NP, WHERE ARE THE DOCTORS!!!!! I'm about ready to pull her out of springs and go to Denver!
I’ve been staying here for two days now with meningitis and terrible migraines and my medication is late every single time and when I’m in pain, they don’t try to help or listen. I got a spinal tap and the doctor said I should get my migraine medication before I go, and the nurse said no we’ll wait till after when the doctor was already gone so I had to go to that with a miserable migraine. They don’t get to their patients in time they don’t respect patients, they literally fight back and they expect money ahead of time for a lab test, just in case. I believe that that’s not legal. I saw them over a year ago and I needed something done and they still have not taken care of it and they expect me to show up for an appointment for hormones Without taking care of something that was supposed to be done a year ago. I have had some pretty bad experiences with Penrose. I am not going to share which location. I went to the E.R due to having food poisoning symptoms late night around midnight. There were a couple people ahead of me and about 5 people total in the E.R. It took me 2.5 hours to get called back. Once I got back to the room it took another hour and a half for the Dr. came in.
