The staff were friendly, but that's about the only good thing I have to say about this place. For being a multimillion dollar corporation they are extremely underfunded. For starters the bed is hard as a rock. They give you three flat, 1 inch thick pillows. They have two standard masks that they expect every single person to fit into and if you don't, they basically tell you, they couldn't get any results. When I got to the sleep clinic Patrick, my sleep study technician, put me at ease, showed me where everything was, told me when he would start prepping me for the study, and gave me ample time to get ready and wind down. The facility itself was like a nice hotel room - very comfortable. I did not expect to be able to sleep at all that night, especially with all the electrodes and leads and air tubing, but it was much better than I thought it might be. The whole process is so uncomfortable. Extremely uncomfortable beds! Makes the whole experience that much worse.
My husband needed an updated sleep study for sleep apnea. Teresa worked tirelessly to receive the referral from his doctor and schedule an appt. She sent a vm w very detailed information on what to expect, bring and how to get to that evening appt. She was always very helpful and friendly. She got the ball rolling! Thk u Teresa!
