Clearly exceeds at being awful. Didn't really expect hotel-like but the thin, ink-stained blanket and ratty sheet with at least several quarter sized holes were a surprise. Thin king mattress in a dingy colored room packed with furniture - 2 old nightstands, dresser, single bed, equipment - just cluttered! Bedside lights that don't work. The tech, never said her name or title (St. Francis patient right #25). The staff were friendly, but that's about the only good thing I have to say about this place. For being a multimillion dollar corporation they are extremely underfunded. For starters the bed is hard as a rock. They give you three flat, 1 inch thick pillows. They have two standard masks that they expect every single person to fit into and if you don't, they basically tell you, they couldn't get any results.
