They were excellent with the therapy and very caring. I would recommend them to anyone.
Would have given zero stars if allowed. Required preparatory paperwork included a statement that I would not hold liable or sue Penrose in case of negligence. I have seen many, many medical providers in my near 70 years, but I have never encountered a medical provider that refused to be responsible for the care they provide. I will not sign away my legal right to redress when a caregiver causes harm.
