One of the best customer experiences and easiest transactions I’ve had in months! Their customer service was top-notch! Went in to buy a new mower and Ryan helped me from beginning to end. He answered all my questions, showed me all the features, took care of my warranty registration and delivered the mower to my house…the entire process took less than an hour… another reason to shop local and buy from small, family-owned businesses. Selection of hanging baskets was slim. I asked at checkout if they could pot up the four annuals for me and was responded to with a hearty chuckle. Is that not a thing? Won’t a greenhouse pot your plants for you if you ask? I was prepared to purchase a pot and soil. It was a weird experience or maybe I’m the weird one?
