I recently had my second Pomeranian 'Bella' put to sleep, it was the second time within 12 months, they were my babies. Penrith Veterinary Hospital is amazing with their service, patience, empathy and their kind words. Eventually I will bring home another Pomeranian and will be bringing my baby to them for its first checkup. I would not go to any other Vet. I highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic.
Matt and the team have been so accommodating, particularly considering my little man has some pretty extreme agressive tendencies. Thorough, insightful and informative. Reputationally, in the top teir of local vets, I regret I haven't been there sooner. Through our journey, our experience with vets have been very absolute and demoralising. I can say nothing but heartfelt words of gratitude to this amazing place. My two German Shepherds were so looked after, and the gentleness and total empathy when first the girl dog, then the boy dog passed on was a beautiful moment amongst the tears. On short notice they helped my girl dog when she started bleeding internally, without hesitation. David called to keep me updated on her surgery, and all in all this clinic is a place you can feel confident with your pets.
I would not go to any other vet unless in an emergency. All my dogs have been seeing David. All the staff are great but David is our Vet. I recently had to put one of my dogs to sleep and it was done with empathy and respect. I wasn’t rushed to leave I stayed with her until I was ready to go.
