If I could rate it less I would. I have been calling and emailing for the last 3 weeks trying to get my daughter an appointment. It either rings out or goes to voicemail and they never call back. Extremely disappointed and so unprofessional
First, the centre called me several times to postpone my appointments with both the doctor and the audiologist. Then, my audiology appointment was cancelled at the very last minute, leaving me no time to find another provider—especially because I needed the results for Dr Anand’s review. Since it was so last minute, I couldn’t secure another audiologist and had to postpone my appointment with Dr Anand as well. I had my Septoplasty with turbinoplasty on October 10. Dr Anand S actually saved my life. I had a deviated septum after certain injuries and was diagnosed for sleep apnoea due to snoring. After the procedure my breathing has become more effective. Doctor explained everything clearly and my recovery also was quick as per the instructions given to me and I just followed the same. Do not see Dr Anand, you will be extremely disappointed if not downright offended. He is rude, condescending, showed zero interest or compassion, tried to say my radiologist was wrong in what the scans showed and then to add insult to injury he deliberately squeezed my earlobes aggressively after I questioned his ‘diagnosis’. (The diagnosis being otosclerosis which was ruled out by the scans done). He said surgery would cause deafness, which I find odd because it is done worldwide by other surgeons with great success.
