very horrible receptionist.
They need to get a new receptionist. Was trying to ask about booking a consultation and just reveived the worst customer service as well as getting hung up on. Will be sending an email to the practice manager for this. Not good.
I booked an appt at the Hills centre. A day prior Appt when I called I was told I didn’t book. Receptionist was blunt and rude, making it out I made it all up & saying they couldn’t have made a mistake (despite the fact that I didn’t even know about the hills location prior to booking). Pity because I heard great things about the Dr
