I have 2019 Skoda superb. My battery died week before and I rang Skoda Penrith to check if they will check the car because it's still under warranty. Lady on the phone passed the call to another lady who told me battery is covered for 1 year only doesn't matter even if the car has 5 years warranty. Then I rang Thomson Skoda Parramatta. They heard whole situation and booked my car in for inspection and today they have replaced the battery under warranty. Customer services, purchasing, and services seem pretty good. Even though I'm not an owner of a skoda. Just the experiences from when we went with my daughter buying her first car and taking her for the first services. Overall, it seems all clear and easy to deal with.
A big shout out to Callum. He was friendly, professional and super helpful. Answered all our questions and went above and beyond to find answers if he didn't have them on hand.
My partner bought her first European car, the Skoda Fabia MC from these guys and the experience was fantastic. Right from the start when we walked in for a browse we were greeted with happy faces and upon picking up the car those smiles were still there. The staff were very helpful, in particular Dan the Man who showed us all the different features the car has so we weren't left in the dark. Highly recommend these guys.
